By creating an account or using Adapt Book Flow (operated by WeAdaptAI), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Adapt Book Flow is a booking and scheduling platform designed for tours, activities, and experience-based businesses. It allows business operators to manage availability, accept bookings, and collect payments from their customers.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No charges are made during the trial period. After 14 days, your account will be billed at the standard rate of $49.99/month or 1.5% of total booking revenue, whichever is greater. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid charges.
Each email address is eligible for one trial. Re-trials may be granted at our discretion after 6 months from a prior trial end date.
Billing is processed through Stripe. By providing payment details, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with failed payments after a reasonable grace period.
You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or fail to pay outstanding balances. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a 30-day retention window.
Adapt Book Flow and WeAdaptAI are not liable for lost revenue, missed bookings, or damages arising from platform downtime, payment processing errors, or third-party service failures. The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes via email.
