By creating an account or using Adapt Book Flow (operated by WeAdaptAI), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Adapt Book Flow is a booking and scheduling platform designed for tours, activities, and experience-based businesses. It allows business operators to manage availability, accept bookings, and collect payments from their customers.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No charges are made during the trial period. After 14 days, a 1.5% platform fee is collected on each booking transaction processed through the platform. There is no monthly subscription charge. You may cancel at any time.
Each email address is eligible for one trial. Re-trials may be granted at our discretion after 6 months from a prior trial end date.
Platform fees are collected automatically via Stripe Connect as a percentage of each booking transaction. By connecting your Stripe account, you authorize the platform to deduct the applicable fee from each transaction. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or fail to pay outstanding balances. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a 30-day retention window.
Adapt Book Flow and WeAdaptAI are not liable for lost revenue, missed bookings, or damages arising from platform downtime, payment processing errors, or third-party service failures. The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes via email.
Each business operating on Adapt Book Flow sets its own cancellation policy for customer bookings. Cancellation terms — including refund eligibility, notice periods, and any fees — are determined by the individual business and are displayed to customers before completing a booking.
Adapt Book Flow does not process refunds on behalf of businesses unless the business has enabled automatic refund settings within the platform. Customers seeking refunds should contact the business directly.
Platform account cancellations (by business operators) are handled separately. See Section 4 (Billing & Payments) for details. There are no pro-rated charges — fees are only collected on transactions.
By providing a phone number during the booking process and opting in to SMS notifications, customers consent to receive transactional text messages related to their booking (e.g., booking confirmation, appointment reminders, and post-visit follow-ups) from the business via Adapt Book Flow.
SMS messages are sent via Telnyx, our SMS provider. Phone numbers are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
