- Account data: your name, email, and password (hashed) when you sign up.
- Business data: business name, description, availability, and experience details you configure.
- Customer booking data: names, emails, phone numbers, and booking details submitted by your customers through the booking page or widget. Phone numbers are collected only when voluntarily provided and used solely for booking-related SMS messages including confirmations, reminders, and post-experience review requests (only if the customer explicitly opts in).
- Billing data: payment method details (handled by Stripe — we do not store card numbers).
- Usage data: logs, IP addresses, and session data for security and debugging purposes.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide and operate the Adapt Book Flow platform.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To send transactional emails and SMS messages (booking confirmations, reminders, and post-experience review requests). SMS messages are only sent to customers who have explicitly opted in. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Customers may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time.
- To respond to support requests and feedback.
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
We do not sell your data or your customers' data to third parties. We will not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate Adapt Book Flow:
- Supabase — database and authentication
- Stripe — payment processing and billing
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Telnyx — SMS notification delivery
- Vercel — hosting and infrastructure
Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing their handling of data.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account and business data for as long as your account is active. Upon account cancellation, data is retained for 30 days and then deleted. Billing records may be retained longer as required by law.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
- Export your data in a portable format.
