- Customer booking data: names, emails, and booking details submitted by your customers through the booking widget.
- Billing data: payment method details (handled by Stripe — we do not store card numbers).
- Usage data: logs, IP addresses, and session data for security and debugging purposes.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide and operate the Adapt Book Flow platform.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To send transactional emails (booking confirmations, reminders, receipts).
- To respond to support requests and feedback.
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
We do not sell your data or your customers' data to third parties.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate Adapt Book Flow:
- Supabase — database and authentication
- Stripe — payment processing

We retain your account and business data for as long as your account is active. Upon account cancellation, data is retained for 30 days and then deleted. Billing records may be retained longer as required by law.
